I wanted to thank you again for your help on Saturday, May 4, in relocating some wild deer from downtown Geneva.
I don't know how to explain the relief I felt when I saw you arrive at the scene of the trapped deer that hectic morning.
Your calm, professional manner gave me confidence that this situation would be resolved in a positive manner. Without your help, I fear that either the deer would have been injured; a citizen would have been injured or some property would have been damaged.

Just a note to say THANK YOU once again for coming out and rescuing the eight ducklings in our sewer drain last Sunday. You are a saint.
It was not only the kindness of your voice when you offered to come out before your next client, but the kindnes and gentlesness of how you carefully rescued the babies that all of us there truly apreciated. You can tell you really care about animals and their well-being and that you do not do this just as a career or a business. There aren't too many people in this world who care the way you obviously do: it did not go unnoticed by all of us present.
My niece (the girl who went in the drain to help direct the little ducklings) has come away from this experience with so much joy and has been talking about it for days. It was great to have her witness a rescue such as yours and see it done out of the goodness of your heart.
Well, I just wanted to say thanks for being an angel on earth and caring about animals the way you do. It was a wonderful experience for many, most importantly the momma duck who couldn't count :)
